Maguire Ford Lincoln - Service Center

Front desk was great, Jasmine and Jackie kept me updated with my vehicle and a loaner vehicle was provided to me. I was not happy that my windows were left down while the vehicle was worked on in the shop c with my vehicle and a loaner vehicle was provided to me. I was not happy that my windows were left down while the vehicle was worked on in the shop creating spider webs across my entire windshield, oil spots on my new carpet, dirt all over my clean truck, even oil spots on my mirrors. The inside of my truck smells like a car shop when it shouldn't.. I have 9k miles on my brand new vehicle. I specifically had it cleaned before and feel as though the service department did not respect my new vehicle and returned it in a different condition than it was brought with. I also had an oil change done, the oil life was not reset like they usually do and a new sticker was not provided. Although my truck does seem to be fixed and running great now (transmission is fixed), I was highly disappointed in the condition my vehicle was returned to me otherwise. More

Bought my truck from maguire Chevy on the hill. It was using alot of oil. maguire ford replaced the piston rings in the motor. They had my truck for 2 months. Got it back and now it leaks oil as well as b using alot of oil. maguire ford replaced the piston rings in the motor. They had my truck for 2 months.
