Maguire Ford Lincoln - Service Center

This was for a recall on a work van so we needed it back ASAP. Maguire under promised and over delivered. We had the van back about 2 hours after dropping it off instead of the 4 promised. My only complaint is I initially parked where the service center was prior to the rebuilding near where the state mandated signs for service centers were. I walked all the way to the other end of the building looking for the entrance and then back where I caught an employee coming to work. He told me the service entrance was on the far corner of the building. Perhaps Maguire could put a sign somewhere near the old service entrance directing folks to the opposite corner. More

Service Department is horrible. I was there for 4 hours while they tried to diagnose 2 issues and an oil change they couldn’t figure out the issues and contacted Ford. I get down the road and realize they while they tried to diagnose 2 issues and an oil change they couldn’t figure out the issues and contacted Ford. I get down the road and realize they didn’t do the oil change I called they affirmed they had not completed it I turned around and they didn’t apologize I sat there another 45 minutes. The service writers seemed more interested in what was on their phones than making sure I was taken care of. I spoke to the car manager he said the service manager was gone for the day but he would make sure she called me the next day 3 weeks later and nothing. More

Vehicle brought in for flat tire. Waited over the weekend to obtain new tire. Was provided a loaner. Due to commitments out of the area, left immediately upon getting car my vehicle back. While on weekend to obtain new tire. Was provided a loaner. Due to commitments out of the area, left immediately upon getting car my vehicle back. While on road noticed all 4 tires had extremely high PSIs. Took in to a different Lincoln dealer and was advised all tires had been over inflated and the wrong tire (brand) was replaced on vehicle. Called McGuire and advised them of this. Was advised they would take care of it and would order correct tire. Brought car back to McGuire where correct tire was put on vehicle. Prior to leaving checked PSI of tires and all 4 had been over inflated, again, but they did correct when brought to their attention. More
