Terrible service. Said we needed a ball joint but your idiot mechanic left the lug nuts on R fr. wheel loose and I could have killed my self driving home. This is a very high priced place for car service. They gave what was wrong with my car a fancy name so they could jack up the price. For a simple fuel pump $850. It was cheaper for me to have it towed to where I moved from which is an hour away, pay their diagnostic fee $145. And have the Mechanic that kept my Toyota Camry running well over 200,000 miles and I started it with 50,000 fix it. It is done and running great. Now I have to Uber up to get it. Still less expensive than McGuire. To bad because I was going look to by a new Ford Fusion. Not now! More

I brought my 2004 Ford Thunderbird in because it was making a noise. I was in transit and pulled into the nearest garage. They diagnosed bad struts but said it was safe to drive. Your mechanics at Maguire Ford ignored the prior diagnosis and said it was a loose heat shield. They also said that the oil pan was rusted out. I don’t think this was a problem until your mechanics got playing around with it. There are absolutely no oil drops on my garage floor. But ok, go ahead and fix it. Your service agent was very easy to deal with, but didn’t call back when she said she would. It was so bad that it became a joke with my friends. Anyway, I’m pleased with the work, but $2000+ later it’s still making the noise. More

We were on vacation in Ithaca when our battery died due to being in and out of vehicle. AAA jumpstarted us and told us our battery was bad and needed to be replaced. Maguire fit us into service schedule i to being in and out of vehicle. AAA jumpstarted us and told us our battery was bad and needed to be replaced. Maguire fit us into service schedule immediately, ran diagnostic tests,and told us vehicle was fine. They did not try to rip us off. They easily could have made money selling us repair that we did not need as we were from out of town. They kindly and professionally explained everything. Very good experience for us. More
