I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Escape. The Auto Start-Stop feature only worked part of the time.when first purchased. About 2 weeks ago the service dept.put a trickle charge on the battery which he Start-Stop feature only worked part of the time.when first purchased. About 2 weeks ago the service dept.put a trickle charge on the battery which helped but only worked about 3 days. Yesterday I brought the car in for service and Praise God the battery was replaced at NO charge! THANKS SO MUCH for the exceptional service and generosity you showed me!! More

Maguire Ford has an outstanding service and customer service department. On Tuesday May 11th we had our 2018 Ford serviced.
