Everything I ask to be fixed was done with a good job, however when I went to pick the car up it would not turn over. I believe it was John that was friendly and gave me jump as well as instruction on tes however when I went to pick the car up it would not turn over. My car will still not turn over, now I have to by a jumper and a new battery to replace a 3 year old battery that I never had problems with till I brought in in. My past two times my car was not ready when it was expected to be ready. Waiting for customernrep to finish paperwork is frustrating.
