When I put her my Jeep Cherokee from Maguire I was in heaven. It was everything I ever wanted. The sales man was kind and helpful. I contacted Maguire to see if my warranty would cover this, and of course it didn’t. It was a $3,500 fix. Fast forward to today (8/1/23) my car’s check engine light came on, along with other lights as well. I call to make an apt for my car to get looked at & they can’t get me in until September 12, with no loaner & only shuttle car. Am I supposed to shuttle car all 3 of my kids all day long? Very unsympathetic. I pay extra for a better warranty as well, and this is how I get treated? I have had Mazda, lincoln & Nissan & this has never been an issue for me. I strongly suggest not to go to this dealership. They are screwing people over. More
