I took my vehicle Maguire and couldn’t be more disappointed. I spent 2,500 on repairs and when I picked it up, the service 4-wheel drive alert was on and 3 of the 4 tires were low. So much for a test drive before giving it back to the customer. So back I went and was told there were issues with the 4 wheel drive but they were covered under the warranty. This was a surprise because when I first brought it into the shop they said there was an issue with the front axle that probably should be fixed at some point but it was not covered under warranty and would cost another thousand bucks to fix. A week ago I brought my vehicle in for service. This dealership had my vehicle for 3days. I was just happy to get my vehicle. The following day I noticed some damage to the front right bumper and f This dealership had my vehicle for 3days. I was just happy to get my vehicle. The following day I noticed some damage to the front right bumper and fog light. I told my vehicle back to the shop to show them the damage. The said that they would investigate and look at video of when I brought my vehicle into the shop for repair. Of course three days later I’m told that my car came in the condition it left. I couldn’t dispute it because no video was provided to me to confirm that my vehicle wasn’t damaged by this dealership. So in addition to the $3,900 I spent with them I have to spend an additional $2,000 to replace my bumper and fog light. O accountability on their part. I highly recommend that you take photos of your vehicle prior to letting them service your vehicle. More

We are extremely disappointed with how our issue was dismissed. We have spent over $150k on new cars in the past two years and have had nothing but issues with service. From an oil change that went bad dismissed. We have spent over $150k on new cars in the past two years and have had nothing but issues with service. From an oil change that went bad (oil filter not tightened and oil leaked everywhere and sprayed all over the inside of our challenger GT) to a run around re faulty tires on a brand new challenger scat pack. It’s terribly unfortunate that another dealer that we have never bought a car from was able to get the tires replaced but this dealer wasn’t. You have lost a lifetime customer as a result. More
