Didn’t give us a fair offer for trade in felt disrespected by it tried to rush over the price and not discuss it avoiding telling us why he offered what he did. Didn’t listen after we said we were going through our bank and still tried to provide your higher interest rates wasting even more of our time. Felt like unorganized unsure what documentation was needed. Made it clear what time we would be at the dealership to pick the vehicle up and when we walked in nothing was ready for the vehicle so we had to be given dealer plates and we had to come back the next day wasting more of our time.
