Brought in a jeep for a diagnostic appointment. When made the appointment was told it was $169 plus tax. When was time to pay the bill they said it was almost $400. Not sure if he’s related to a family member that owns the dealership, but he was a jerk. Anyway we picked up the car and went to another dealer to trade it in and bought a new vehicle. More

Completely unorganized bought multiple cars before never once had an issue with getting plates for the vehicle and had to arrange another time we had to come down that didn’t work. Salesperson didn’t listen to us about what we wanted, trying to force protection plans and unclear about what charges were what. Didn’t give us a fair offer for trade in felt disrespected by it tried to rush over the price and not discuss it avoiding telling us why he offered what he did. Didn’t listen after we said we were going through our bank and still tried to provide your higher interest rates wasting even more of our time. Felt like unorganized unsure what documentation was needed. Made it clear what time we would be at the dealership to pick the vehicle up and when we walked in nothing was ready for the vehicle so we had to be given dealer plates and we had to come back the next day wasting more of our time. And now getting another bill owing more money on what we already paid for the registration because you can only provide and estimate? Never have I ever had to pay an estimate to the dmv… More
