If I knew about this before, I would’ve written this review earlier. However last year, I bought my 2nd Grand Cherokee from Maguire. Previous sales person was no longer there but Nick stepped right up a review earlier. However last year, I bought my 2nd Grand Cherokee from Maguire. I had a complex issue with my vehicle. Steve was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date with the progress. Being able to use a loaner car for the amount of time that my car was Steve was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date with the progress. Being able to use a loaner car for the amount of time that my car was being serviced (1 and half weeks) was very helpful. All the service team I have dealt with (my car has been there 3 times) have been very friendly and professional. I only have good things to say so far!! More
