Overall the experience was good. There were a few issues with miscommunication during the finance process, that I only had ironed out after attempting to find my own financing first. I also had to ask multiple times for a price estimate breakdown before receiving one. Ultimately, I’m happy with the purchase and the price. The only other thing I’d like to mention is that there was also miscommunication about the process to get the title once I move out of state. And I also found out when I got the car home that the back rear speaker was blown out upon purchasing the car, so it is a little disappointing that I have to have something fixed immediately upon purchase. After being drawn into the dealership by the website AND the stickers on the cars indicating a discounted price, I was pretty upset when it was explained that I didn't qualify for these discounts. I left without the new Jeep, but did some more searching online when I got home. There was a slightly used Jeep on the lot as well, so I returned despite my previous disappointment. I ended up with a car a like very much. However, after signing paperwork and getting ready to leave with the car, I found out it came with only one key, and the dealership would not have a second one made, unless I paid $150 to $200. I think they should have just included that. I'm still happy with my Jeep, and overall, Maguire. There's always room for improvement. More

When I put her my Jeep Cherokee from Maguire I was in heaven. It was everything I ever wanted. The sales man was kind and helpful. Not even a full 60 days later, the car had multiple problems with the mu heaven. It was everything I ever wanted. The sales man was kind and helpful. I contacted Maguire to see if my warranty would cover this, and of course it didn’t. It was a $3,500 fix. Fast forward to today (8/1/23) my car’s check engine light came on, along with other lights as well. I call to make an apt for my car to get looked at & they can’t get me in until September 12, with no loaner & only shuttle car. Am I supposed to shuttle car all 3 of my kids all day long? Very unsympathetic. I pay extra for a better warranty as well, and this is how I get treated? I have had Mazda, lincoln & Nissan & this has never been an issue for me. I strongly suggest not to go to this dealership. They are screwing people over. More
