I went there to get my car checked out regarding the timing chain. I told them there already was a compression test done on the engine. And told them that it needed to be torn apart to see what happened timing chain. I told them there already was a compression test done on the engine. After about a month I called them and they told me all they did was a compression test on the car. Something I already had done and it took me 10 minutes. They wasted a month of my time just to tell me they did what I already told them I had done to the vehicle. The lead or head mechanic was extremely nasty rude and mean on the phone. If you want to get yelled at and screwed then I recommend this place for you! More

Sales is great, but service has issues. Brought my 2019 Chevy Silverado for service. Waited 3 days for warranty work just for the ok to do it. So then was scheduled on a Friday for service drove 40 min to appointment. I live in Waterloo. Get there and was told they overbooked and had to reschedule for the following Friday. Drove again to the dealership and had to leave truck for a 2 hour job. They put me in a car that was dirty and smelled like smoke. No call all day so I called around 4:00 pm. Service said it was done,, no call to let me know. From here on out I’ll will be bringing my truck to local dealership here in Waterloo.
