No one is service knows what is being done in the shop or status but the service Manager. Took 8 days for trans-axle to get done. My truck was definitely a hassle for them to figure everything out but it all worked out luckily. I feel bad they did a bunch of diagnostic on the house and spent a lot of time finding what they had ov everything out but it all worked out luckily.
