Third truck I bought off McGuire Chevy Trumansburg second from Zach Percy and the first with Jamie Owens ais the sales manager. Great Sales team and the service department was Pleasant to deal with all in al from Zach Percy and the first with Jamie Owens ais the sales manager. Great Sales team and the service department was Pleasant to deal with all in all good experience.. I’ve only had the truck a month so we’ll see what the future brings but the sales team is excellent. We had a great experience while working with Zak at Maguire in Trumansburg. We were in a rush to get a bigger car with baby #3 on the way. They made the process quick and easy. I wrote the check and wh Maguire in Trumansburg. We were in a rush to get a bigger car with baby #3 on the way. They made the process quick and easy. I wrote the check and when we got home from the hospital we were able to just go pick it up. My mother in law dropped the check off to the wrong Maguire while we were in the hospital but they made it easy, they accepted the check in Ithaca and then brought it to Trumansburg for us thank goodness! My only complaint would be being told all dmv fees are included but then getting a letter in the mail that said in-house to pick up our registration it would be an additional 75$. But other than that 10/10 would recommend. More

I had a terrible time with these guys. They sold me a truck with crap parts on it, then played the back and forth game to try to get it fixed. They ended up lying to me about who they were They sold me a truck with crap parts on it, then played the back and forth game to try to get it fixed. They ended up lying to me about who they were charging and I ended up paying for the repairs that were supposed to be done under the manufacturer warranty. Complete xxxxxxxx. Will be making calls to try to get money back that was rightfully not mine to pay. I’d give a 0/5 if I could More
