The service center was helpful in getting my new key, programmed and cut. I feel it is petty for a business to charge a 3% fee, for the customer using a credit card. You can try and spin it and say that cash gets a 3% discount. But my bill said $68.xx yet I was charged $70.xx. That’s the dealer being petty and having the customer pay the fee, I run a business and it’s called cost of doing business, don’t charge the customer the fee, incorporate it into your prices. More
