Went in for a new york state inspection which is what I got, but they wouldn't inspect the car because they said it had a windshield wiper tear and had to pay 25 dollars for a new one When I got the car got, but they wouldn't inspect the car because they said it had a windshield wiper tear and had to pay 25 dollars for a new one When I got the car back, they replaced both wipers, would not show me either wiper, just pay and leave More
