I’ve never had a worse vehicle buying experience in my life and I normally do not leave negative reviews. I bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado in January 2023 from Bob Fadeley. I traded in a 2017 Mazda 6 and t life and I normally do not leave negative reviews. I bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado in January 2023 from Bob Fadeley. I traded in a 2017 Mazda 6 and they told me the car had been in an accident but they couldn’t tell me if it was major or minor damage. I was given an extremely low trade value because I was told, “It might have been in a major accident”. I found my Carfax report for the Mazda and brought it into the dealership and spoke with the sales manager who tried to lie again about the damage until I flipped the page and showed him on the report that it was reported as minor driver side damage. He admitted that my sales rep lied even though the sales manager himself also lied. I found it extremely unprofessional to say the least to tell me that Bob lied while the sale manager attempted to lie to me. Bob was nice enough and I understand he was at the mercy of management that he had to go back and speak with who would never come out of their office to speak with me during the initial sales process. It wasn’t until I came in and complained about being lied to that the sales manager decided to come out and speak with me. I was only given one key fob and key and asked that they provide me with a spare since I gave them 2 for my Mazda. They sales manager finally gave in and said he would provide the spare key after I asked Bob numerous times and said he was told by management that they could not provide me with a spare key. It was only after I came into the dealership and spoke with sales manager after being lied to and he said he would give me a spare key and they would call me once it arrives. I waited to write this review to see if I would receive a spare key and fob but I never received it and this is another thing I was lied to about. They gave me the vehicle with less than a half tank of gas, one key and fob (even thought I was told I would receive a spare and after I told them I wanted the spare key to my Mazda back if they did not provide me with a key. I never got my Mazda key back since they sold the car for much much more than they gave me for it), I was lied to three times, and I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle. I plan to also contact your corporate office about this experience. I have been in sales myself for my entire life and I would never lie to a customer or try to rip them off. I forget the name of the sales manager who lied to me and I cannot find his card but I’m sure Bob remembers who it was. This is unacceptable and I plan to take this up the chain until I receive a resolution which would be a free spare key, fair compensation for my original trade, and the issues with my truck fixed. More
