It very simple I went in stated I had a problem the gentleman said no problem handed me keys to a rental and said I'll call you when it's fixed. No bs no issues at all a few days later he called said it was all done I walked in signed my name and walked out with a fixed vehicle and on top of that he recognized me right away mind you he called me maybe 4 hours earlier so he wasn't expecting me right away and it's been a whole weekend plus a few days and he had everything I needed right then and there. More

Dropped off the night before for the morning. Called me at 9am, said the truck would be ready by 1pm…it was. Super easy and quick. Only issue is they charged for a service I didn’t ask for.
