I’ve brought my car here the last 3 years for service and this will be the last. I was charged $22.74 a quart of oil. This is more than double the most expensive price I could find for the same part number. this will be the last. I was charged $22.74 a quart of oil. This is more than double the most expensive price I could find for the same part number. I talked to the manager and he said that’s just their price and they don’t make much on it. $305 for an oil change. Called West Herr and they quoted $175. Please look elsewhere. There are more honest places. More

Ricardo went on vacation and took with him all interest in selling me the car. Colin seemed clueless, as did Britney. I had two unreturned phone calls. Very poor communication, They seemed to expect the customer to sell the car for them. They offered only $500 for my trade in, KBB lists it for over 3K. They offered 10.99% interest for the car loan, My lender gave me 6.49.% More
