Worked with Austin to get my Silverado 2500. He was very informative. The process was a little rough but that was out of his hands. Had some issues in the shop and parts on order issues. It's not so much the workers but the prices are outrageous! I don't remember paying $106.81 for 6 quarts of oil, filter and rotate tires. I understand costs have gone up but this sounds high.
