Love these Car Guys! Everyone is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The men at the service desk all have a sense of humor which I really appreciate. Getting your car serviced rates right up there with getting a tooth pulled so it is nice that they make the experience as painless as possible. My truck is always ready when they say it is going to be. They don't promise it if they can't deliver. I also love that I can get a ride if I need it. AND I have never had to bring back my truck because your mechanics didn't do the job well or didn't figure out the problem. That has happened to me before at other dealerships. For all of these reasons I plan on keeping these "car guys." More

Good experience but watch out for dealer prices. Absolutely excellent service and professionalism. However, the price for front and rear brake pads and rotors was quoted at $774.08 at Maguire vs. $57 Absolutely excellent service and professionalism. However, the price for front and rear brake pads and rotors was quoted at $774.08 at Maguire vs. $579.93 actually paid at MAVIS, in nearby Syracuse. That is before sales tax, so over $200 more at the dealer for the same job. The dealers advertise to "stay with us" for service as the new car ages (I have a 2017 Equinox I bought from them), but as the time goes by, the service prices go up. That is the only reason I am not giving them 5 stars. More
