Wasn't clear who to contact at times. Didn't get a call to say the parts were in to confirm the appointment, then got a call that i was late to drop my car off but I had been waiting to hear back that it was definitely happening that day as they said they would call to confirm that date if they got the parts in in-time, then didn't get any ETA on when the car would be done, hadn't heard anything in a few days but it was 4:30 on Friday so I called to find out, they said they were just finishing up and I could come now - this was great news but as they close at 5 i was racing to get there before closure as to return my rental before 6 i really had to "quicken the pace" but I was left wondering if I hadn't called that Friday would anyone have called me to say it was ready for pick up? or would I have had to keep the rental all weekend until Monday. So i would say that my experience was just ok. but i don't want to be harsh in the rating or the review; because quite honestly I had emails going to the junk mail filter from the rental place and my general confusion is due to the fact that I have a demanding job with not a lot of time to be keeping track of details about my personal business during the day. So please thank the staff because they were always friendly and attentive and I'd rather assume that any issues were not from them specifically. Thanks a bunch! More

SERVICE WAS ACCURATE AND FAST First time that this Gmc van was at Maguires. Service was performed in a professional manner.
