Great experience! Would absolutely recommend to everyone I am a first time car owner and was worried that I didn't know too much about cars and would be taken advantage of. It was the exact opposite. Colby explains every single detail I need to know and answer all my questions. Eventually I didn't get the car I said I would but change to this one, and he was perfectly happy and patient as I tried for other cars. I drove a rental car to get there and he even offered to come with us to return the rental so that I don't have to uber back to get my new car. Absolutely amazing and will recommend him as your dealer. It will be hard to have a dealer experience better than this! More

Failure to do service requested. We brought my granddaughters car in for switching rear winter tires to front and front all season tires to rear. That was never done. They apparently We brought my granddaughters car in for switching rear winter tires to front and front all season tires to rear. That was never done. They apparently took a tire off and noticed the shocks were leaking. Apparently put the tire back on and logged job done. When my husband began to drive out a light came on the dash so he went back in and they said there was something wrong with the brake caliper. They couldn't repair it cause it had to be done by a Ford dealership. So the earliest appt we could get was at Dovi Motors in Cortland. They found that the brake caliper was disonnected causing the dash light to come on and that there was no shocks leaking. All this sure causes one to be concerned about Maguires service. Dovi Motors will certainly get our granddaughters future sevice work. She had a loss of a work day because of not being able to get to work due to the tires not being changed as requested. It's a mystery what they did the day the tires were suppose to be switched. I've heard others similar experiences.Unacceptable. More
