Went in for an inspection on my 2020 Silverado with 22,000 miles, the technician said I needed brakes all the way around and an alignment, he must've forgot he just did my alignment a month earlier whe 22,000 miles, the technician said I needed brakes all the way around and an alignment, he must've forgot he just did my alignment a month earlier when I had tires put on and my brake pads were still more than half full, also finding out they hired that technician that's on probation, ive since took my money and business elsewhere. Disgusted and disappointed, I specifically said do not let the green horn touch my truck and that's who it was handed too to work on. Chip, Rob or Roger are the only technicians I prefer because they know there way around a Chevy, I could tell that the technician was just trying to flag hours and they need to do better background checks on who they hire More
