I was not happy that I had to replace my information screen for the second time. The people involved were very professional as they waited for me to make this $1600 decision on a Cadillac with 110000 mi screen for the second time. This was important as I had to have it done during a 10 day window. Even though I was there on Memorial Day Friday, the equipment arrived quickly and I was scheduled for Tuesday and the work was completed by midday.
