Nice customer service I don't trust anyone except the Audi dealership to do maintenance on my car but twice now after having my tires changed from snow tires to summer tire I don't trust anyone except the Audi dealership to do maintenance on my car but twice now after having my tires changed from snow tires to summer tires, one of the rims had been scraped and a couple of chips and gouges in the paint. I cleaned the rims the night before and took pictures to have proof in case of any damage. It's minimal damage and I'm not going to go crazy about it. I'll now have my tires changed elsewhere. More

Shelby was very helpful! I went in to the service reception are and to see if I could get an appointment for an oil change. At first a service tech said he could give me an appointment for the next day but Shelby who had just walked into the room said there was a spot available right away. That was perfect, I needed to get the oil change done and Maguire service people did it! Thanks again Shelby and service techs! More
