Incompetent and sneaky I nearly filed a complaint with DFS against these incompetent, time wasting knuckleheads. Not trust worthy at all. Watch out for the bait and switch. Not only did they change the price of the vehicle, they tried very hard to undercut my trade-in - even had their "auction" guy waste two hours of my time before agreeing to what I asked for the first time. They lied about financing and wrote a contract that the finance company couldn't honor, despite me having come in with financing already arranged. I've bought 12 new Toyotas in 15 years in 8 states and this was far and away the worst purchase experience I've ever had. 10 hours over 2 days. I won't even go back for Toyota Care service. Not one more penny from me. More
