If I could give it 0 stars I would. The manger Kyle Reynolds the worst. Had an appoint with Kyle Reynolds that he said would take 30 mins. He and others ended up sticking us with a new kid that ne Reynolds the worst. Had an appoint with Kyle Reynolds that he said would take 30 mins. He and others ended up sticking us with a new kid that never has done paperwork before. Ended up taking 2 hours and Kyle never showed up to help, walked by a few times but never helped. 30,000 new car sales commission for 0% work that day. Ended up missing another event that day because of the 2 hour time frame instead of the 30 minutes it was suppose to take. Felt bad for the new kid not his fault. He went to four different people during the process for help. They would answer one question then leave. Complete systems and organizational faults. Called the next day to talk to a supervisor was given the run around. Complete clown show. Will end up going to Simmons Rockwell or Williams from not. Will not be using this dealership again. More
