I took my car (2019 Lexus GS 350) to Maguire Toyota I took my car (2019 Lexus GS 350) to Maguire Toyota this past Monday morning (7/13/20) because the ride had been feeling ‘spongy’ as though the I took my car (2019 Lexus GS 350) to Maguire Toyota this past Monday morning (7/13/20) because the ride had been feeling ‘spongy’ as though the tire pressure was low I asked that the tires and fluids be checked before a Tuesday round trip to Fort Lee, New Jersey returning to Ithaca the next day Wednesday, 7/16. The Maguire check-up took no more than 15-20 minutes. Halfway to New Jersey, the low pressure icon showed rear driver’s side tire at 36 all other tires at 39. On the return trip the pressure on that same tire was at 34 By the time I reached Pennsylvania it was reading 27 so I exited route 80 W. and had the tire filled. The next morning (yesterday, Thursday, July 16) the tire pressure was 22 so I took the car to Maguires; they said there was a nail in the tire, patched it and said it was fine.This time Maguire spent an hour or maybe more with the car. I paid Maguire and the tires seemed fine today. Of course I could have picked up the nail after Monday’s 15-20 minute tire/fluids check. (I never would have mentioned this but about three months ago, after taking the car to McGuire for its 25,000 mile maintenance the next day the car was pulling strongly to the left. I returned the car to McGuire’s. I picked it up that evening, paid another 100+ dollars but the car still pulls to the left. I know that everyone is having a hard time during COVID-19 so I never took the car back until this past Monday for the tires to be checked. Every person I’ve dealt with at Maguire’s has been extremely courteous and accommodating. But I’m starting to wonder what goes on behind closed doors More

I was extremely unhappy with the service that I received from the body shop. It took a week for them to look at it and then they gave me an estimate to fix it and a date it would be done. The day it was supposed to be finished, I was told the parts didn't arrive and it would be another 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, on the 2nd pick up day, I was told they were totaling out my vehicle. They had poor communication as well as poor workmanship. More
