Nick was pleasant and very competent. I shop every 12-14 years for a new car and then drive it until it falls apart, so I love Toyotas and was excited to see what was new. Nick didn't seem too jazzed either, and we only took out two cars, one of each in a non-descript color. I bought a crazy-blue Prius just to have some color, and I am pleased with it. It was not an exciting shopping experience and I did not hear about options for home test driving (see below), getting the best combination of features for the price, or a model from elsewhere, etc, but in the end I got a car I am enjoying.
