Nick was pleasant and very competent. I shop every 12-14 years for a new car and then drive it until it falls apart, so I love Toyotas and was excited to see what was new. The selection on the lot was poor during the period I had to look. I drove the Prius Prime and RAV4s, mostly available in grey, white or black. Nick didn't seem too jazzed either, and we only took out two cars, one of each in a non-descript color. I bought a crazy-blue Prius just to have some color, and I am pleased with it. It was not an exciting shopping experience and I did not hear about options for home test driving (see below), getting the best combination of features for the price, or a model from elsewhere, etc, but in the end I got a car I am enjoying. Nick did a good job. More

My experience was the best! I have purchased and traded in cars many times and I must say this experience was number 1! Mike answered all my questions and was friendly and professional. We spoke over the phone first and I felt confident enough to go up and finalize the deal. I have never had a wonderful experience like I had with Mike when purchasing.
