I'm giving 3 stars and a recommendation based on previous good experiences. I called a week or so earlier to schedule an inspection and an airbag recall. I was told they had to order the airbag part and woul good experiences. I called a week or so earlier to schedule an inspection and an airbag recall. I arrived, sat for an hour and a half and was then politely told the inspection was done but that they would have to order the part. Obviously, I explained that I was assured that they said they would have it by now. She came back and said they would take it out of another car. I then waited another hour. I was told everything was done. When I went to pay I was told that they didn't have the part and I would have to come back. Excuse me??? What was the last hour wait all about. This time, they did take the part out of another car and I was eventually on my way. More

I made an appointment to have new tires mounted and balanced, as well as an NYS inspection. I dropped the car off, and picked it up later. Inspection was done and tires are great.
