Our sales team went above and beyond to right a wrong. Real stand up people. 2020 4Runner was bought thinking it had a third row which was an absolute requirement. A couple months later, when picking half of a bridal party up for a fitting, I discovered that in fact there wasn't a third row. I contacted Mark, told him the problem, he accepted some fault and told me that they would make it right. He and Ricky located a 2021 black 4Runner Premium with a third row and erased the unfortunate mishap with a great trade in value for the 2020. We could not be happier nor could we be bigger believers that our sales and management team are stand up gentlemen. Both purchases were hassle free and actually enjoyable. More
