There seems to be a disconnect between the service manager and front desk associates. I spoke with Eric on the phone and he was terrific. When I told him Eric said it would be worked on the next day, the rep was very sarcastic and said”well, I guess we are working on it tomorrow.” Bottom line, we come to Maguire frequently, but sometimes the customer service makes us feel like we are bothering folks.
