I like being able to schedule my service myself through the website. It was very user friendly. Nicole, in the Volvo service department was very professional. Garrett Storm was great. I was frustrated by the behind the door financing. I had to ask after receiving my estimate what the interest rate was and when I did, the numbers were reworked.
