I rate this dealership a 5. At 64 I decided to buy my first new car. I looked and looked by passing the big dealership thinking they were just going to rip me off because I was a woman and old. I went in first new car. I looked and looked by passing the big dealership thinking they were just going to rip me off because I was a woman and old. I went in looking for a lease thinking that would be a good option. I really wanted to buy a car but I thought the payments would be too high. After meeting Steve Manos I realized I really did want to buy a car. I gave him the options that I wanted. While looking out in the lot and I see a Red Rav4 and ask to see that car. To my surprise Steve came around with another Rav4 same year, but with lots less miles and all my options. I was so happy. Great price. I took it for a test drive, handed him the keys and told him to write the paperwork and see if I get approved because I had no credit. To my surprise the next morning Steve contacted me with a really good contract, vary low down payment and a good interest rate. He stated that his Manager worked hard to get the loan. I was over the moon. Payments fit my budget. I never set foot in the office except to sign paperwork that evening after work. We were able to do everything with texting and email. I love that I did not have to sit in the office for hours. Steve was prompt, courteous and fun. When I went to sign the paperwork he had the car washed, and a big red bow. Such a sweet touch. There were a few items that need to be looked at by the service department. I got the appointment and they had a courtesy van take me to work and pick me up. When I went to the Service Center to pick up my car, Bob the service manager took the time to explain what they did and why. He was kind and very helpful. He took the time to answer my questions. He told me that when they went to attach the heat heat shield that was rattling they noticed that my brake rotors were rusted and replaced them for me all at no cost. I will take my car to Miguire Automotive Service Center from now on for all repairs and maintenance. My whole car buying experience from soup to nuts was GREAT!!! I hope Maguire's owners realize what great assets Bob and Steve are to the team and company. PJ More
