I leased my truck from Ithaca but live in Watkins Glen. I wanted to bring my truck for the free maintenance to the Watkins location and was told “no” I had to bring it to Ithaca. Therefore I wasted about 3 1 wanted to bring my truck for the free maintenance to the Watkins location and was told “no” I had to bring it to Ithaca. Therefore I wasted about 3 1/2 of my afternoon driving and waiting (which the service took 100 minutes) for my truck. When I could have dropped it in Watkins Glen.
