While we were there, we wandered over to the Toyota showroom to check out a new 4Runner (my fiancée’s favourite vehicle), as well as Toyota parts for my friend. Erica G helped us with the 4Runner and walked us through all the features of the TRD Pro in the showroom. What an awesome machine! She offered us a test drive (maybe next time!) and showed us the pricing. I was amazed that they’re selling them well below MSRP and found it so refreshing to deal with a friendly, professional and knowledgeable group of people. I genuinely appreciated the pricing transparency as well. I will definitely be back and will tell my friends about the great experiences I’ve had with Maguire Family Dealerships! More
Dishonest and rude I went there last Saturday and was lied to. I asked them about the future trade in value of 2 cars I was looking at. The one he was pushing me towards, he said was about the same and probably a little bit better than the one I wanted to buy. I went home and looked online, and the trade in value was half. I also asked them about the reliability of the and he said it was great. After talking with many people, they said stay away, because those velichles are known for issues. I called his manager to explain the situation and that I was lied to, he sided completely with the salesman and didn't really care about my concern and that I felt mislead. We also asked the salesman to come down $500 and the salesman got angry with me. Dishonest and rude is all I can say about this dealer. More

He went out of his way to help us, even came in on his day off to close the deal because that was what worked for us. Then after 2 days when we experienced a problem with the car he scheduled us to bring it in and have it checked. Our experience with the service department was just as pleasant. Jakkie Strauf had it checked over and they replaced the blower motor the next day. I am amazed by the quality of employees at this location. More

Our new Toyota Sienna came with tires that have 0 (ZERO) mile warranty and the maguire family told me to go Wilcox Tire to see if they could help me. You have got to be kidding So much for family. I was raised in a family where we helped each other. Maybe the Maguire Family taught their kids it is all about the MONEY. Above and Beyond Expectations We recently purchased an Audi Q5 and found our experience at Maguire Audi to be a pleasurable experience from the time we were greeted in the showroom We recently purchased an Audi Q5 and found our experience at Maguire Audi to be a pleasurable experience from the time we were greeted in the showroom to the time we drove away with the Q5, Our sales consultant, Colby Newlen, was an exceptional person to deal with. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and an excellent representative of Maguire Family Of Dealerships. We can easily say we enjoyed meeting him and working with him in order to purchase the new Q5. Can't forget to mention he was super sweet too. He was quick to realize we knew what we wanted and found it for us. We also want to mention Rick Russo who was also a super person to deal with. He was very helpful and could answer any questions we had. They both need to be commended for a job well done. Maguire Audi is lucky to have these two employees. I called the dealership two days later and asked for Rick and told him I hated the Q5 and wanted to bring it back. Without hesitation he replied OK. I laughed and said I'm just kidding I love it. Maguire's has a 3 day/300 mile money back guarantee, whichever comes first and Rick and no problem honoring that guarantee, Colby and Rick have such a good sense of humor that I had to try something. I would highly recommend you visit Maguire and ask for Colby. I guarantee you won't regret it. He gives a 110% and a few laughs too. More

The car he helped me find was cheaper and nicer than my last car I bought from Sun auto wear house in Cortland. I will always deal with Maguire from now on. They made me feel comfortable and at home! I had so much fun. Thank you Kirk for helping me find my new perfect baby! Aka my 2013 Toyota corolla. I was 100 percent satisfied. I'm glad I got Kirk I wouldn't of wanted anyone else. More
Bad experience 2008 Toyota Highlander. I brought my car for service to change water pump due to minor coolant loss. After a few hours of waiting, service advisor tol 2008 Toyota Highlander. I brought my car for service to change water pump due to minor coolant loss. After a few hours of waiting, service advisor told me that they found problem with other gaskets and car needs additional repairs. of course they does not have parts and need to order. Also, I couldn't get my car back, because there is huge leaking of coolant!!???. I told them that I need 7 passenger car on weekend, but I got just Corolla, since my extended warranty does not cover more, even if it is dealer fault. Next week they called me and told that they found NEW problems with head gaskets and will order these parts. Then they waited for few days answer from insurance company (I had extended warranty), two days on repairs $2500 bills to warranty company and finally I got my car. When I arrived at home I heard horrible ticking sound from engine (I didn't hear that inside car). So, I returned car next day, fortunately, there was other shift, and they took my car, apologized and gave me 7 pass minivan until my car in service. After week, I got my car back again. It has annoying whining noise when accelerated, but one mechanic told it is normal, the second - it is SOME bearing getting bad, but it is good as far. I asked if it is noise due to replaced belt, they said: of course not! So I put car to other dealer and got answer that it is tension pulley must be replaced and it will cost about $400. So I brought my car to Toyota Maguire service with minor coolant loss, replaced water pump, belt, head gaskets, a lot of other gaskets and some sensor; it returned after two weeks with horrible annoying engine noise, and need additional repair. They charged $170 to me and $2600 to warranty .. No comments..... More
We went to Maquire Toyota at 11:00 AM to buy a new car and left at 5:00 PM with the keys to our new Corolla in hand, plus all the paperwork and even insurance in place!! We were helped by Joe Ruta who instantly impressed us with his friendly, honest and straight forward approach. We knew he would be easy to work with. Joe took us on a long test drive , answered all of our many questions and even gave us a detail step-by-step coaching session on every single feature of the car. He even programed the Blue Tooth for our ancient cell phone. We were just so impressed with the smoothness of the entire process. He even took us to meet the Service people and we set up our first appointment. We would certainly recommend this dealer and especially, Joe ruta , to anyone. We are VERY HAPPY customers!! More
