It is very comforting to know that we can consistently count on friendly, professional service and have confidence that the diagnosis is accurate and in the best interest of the customer. This excellent customer experience now spans a couple of decades with this dealership and includes the entire staff that we have either interacted with or just greeted. From their shuttle service drivers, parts dept., car loaner & rental, finance, sales, and, last but not least, their service dept, no matter how busy they are, we have always received a friendly greeting with the aim to make sure we were well taken care of. Excellent service I went to Toyota in Palo Alto, because my Yaris was making a weird noise. As soon as I got to the dealership I was greeted by Jared. He asked me a couple of question and got a mechanic to try to figure out a game plan for the car and to see what was wrong. In a couple minutes they had figured out I had a damaged water pump. We made an appointment and Jared took great care of my car. I feel like I’m driving a brand new car all over! Thank you Jared and thank you Toyota in Palo Alto for the amazing help!
