Excellent service I went to Toyota in Palo Alto, because my Yaris was making a weird noise. As soon as I got to the dealership I was greeted by Jared. He asked me a couple of question and got a mechanic to try to figure out a game plan for the car and to see what was wrong. In a couple minutes they had figured out I had a damaged water pump. We made an appointment and Jared took great care of my car. I feel like I’m driving a brand new car all over! Thank you Jared and thank you Toyota in Palo Alto for the amazing help! While our Camery’s have been such superior cars we real We bought our 2nd Camery at Magneson’s after shopping around at Toyota dealers in the S Bay. While our Camery’s have been such superior cars we really don’t need any work on them, I am consistent with maintenance. Alex has been my maintenance guy for years and he is awesome. Super professional, honest, personable. This time my car had an engine light requiring immediate service for diagnostics. Alex got us in based on our schedule, and Followed up with status. Fortunately the problem was due to not tightening the gas cap properly. Our error. We had to cover the diagnostics- labor- but Alex charged us less than was quoted. We are very happy with the outcome and Alex’s great service. M & J More
