I brought my car in for a 5k service on my brand new car. Tony Aguirre was my service advisor. He was really friendly and kept me updated on my service. I took my 2012 4-Runner in for the 5,000 mile checkup. I made an appointment for this service two days beforehand. Upon arriving at the service dept., I was made to wait in my car for 15 minutes. I was to made an appointment for this service two days beforehand. Upon arriving at the service dept., I was made to wait in my car for 15 minutes. I was told that my car would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. I arrived 1 1/2 hours later, only to be told that they hadn't gotten to my car yet. After an additional 1/2 hour of waiting, my car was finally finished. I think that is appaling considering this was my first checkup in my new car. I will never bring my car to this dealership again, the service manager doesn't know if he's coming or going, very unorganized. More
Unfortunately this Toyota dealer has a bunch of problems with their sales and service staff. I've been taking my 2005 highlander here for years and we just had a horrible experience. The service staff tried to dupe my wife into unnecessary services like fuel injection cleaning, battery replacement, and brake pad replacements even though I just did a full 19 point inspection at a good mechanic and no such problems flagged. also they promised a 15% discount then reneged when we came to pick our car up. I'd find another qualified mechanic or other dealer with a better service and ethics record. More
I sent my car to do the 15K service on Thursday. The lady who serviced me called me in the afternoon asking if I am willing to pay more for some filters which are expensive as far as I know. I told her not to do it, since I was told it was farely easy to do it myself. Then Sunday I found that my 1.5 year new prius was leaking oil for the first time. :( It smeared my garage a lot, and keep leaking. I went to their store but found that they were closed sunday, and nobody takes care of anything. I had to come back Monday, and they say they need check it, and I need wait. The waiting time has been more than 10 minutes, I am still waiting, and I see my car is right there, nobody come to try to help yet .... I am disappointed with such service. I think I won't come here again. More
