I had forgotten my coupon, but called him and let him know the info on it. He called at 4.30..car ready to go, $70 deduction for coupon. Note from him today to make sure all was ok...He was so polite and helpful. The car was ready about 1:30; I had two concerns, which Randall made sure were attended to; he even mentioned a similar noise that the AC on his own Prius was making and reassured me it was nothing to worry about. Unlike many dealerships, this one doesn't pressure its customers into making unnecessary repairs. More

I had always been told by friends to not have a dealer service your car, but these guys are excellent. From the moment I get there, Tony Aguirre always keeps me up to date with what is going on with my car. I know I can trust what he is telling me. I am in and out in a reasonable amount of time. If it's a day where I am not waiting, they have a great shuttle service that not only takes you where you want to go in the morning after dropping off your car, but also picks you up in the afternoon. No more begging friends or taking cabs to get my car at the end of the day! The only negative I have is that scheduling service through their website sucks! It used to be great also, but some idiot decided to change it and now it is not user friendly. Bring back the old website! More
