I was able to book an appointment conveniently on the web, and Alex made sure everything I needed was included and let me know when my car would be ready. While the car was being worked on, Alex called me to let me know it was almost ready, and he also scheduled the shuttle to pick me up. The shuttle arrived promptly, and when I arrived my car was ready for me. Everything was clean and the maintenance was done perfectly. The whole experience was so pleasant, and everyone at Magnussen's was friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend them for service! More

In dealing with it, he discovered a cracked sway bar in the rear, and was able to fix it , and have Michael Gajda was my service rep for this problem.
