I stopped by Magnussen’s to have my 14 year-old, but low-mileage (33K), Sienna van repaired due to rat damages to the wiring. They did a super job and interfaced directly with my insurance company. While at the Magnussen’s I decided to browse through their new cars to replace the old Sienna. I have been very happy with their 2020 Hybrid Prime and decided to check out the RAV4. Since I only have a 2-car garage with storage built-in’s on three sides, my Sienna van was always parked outdoors - thus the rat damage. I decided that the new RAV4 will have to fit into my garage. As I started to measure the footprint of the RAV4, Angel Rincon, the salesman that I had briefly spoken to before, stopped by and said he can easily drive the RAV4 to my house and verify that it fits. He did just that and it fits just fine. I have been driving the RAV4 Hybrid for a couple of weeks now, mostly using it to take my dog to the park. It is easy to handle and a very smooth ride. I am very happy with this new purchase. And, very grateful for the Magnussen’s salesman’s, Angel Rincon, for going the extra mile and spending lots of time to help me with my decision. More

Michael Stump, my service advisor, was very professional and efficient. My only complaint, and my reason for not giving a 5 star rating, is that my windows were not wiped down after the window washing flui and efficient.
