He and Andre worked with us to reach a fair settlement on our trade-in, and Anna was very clear in describing our financial arrangements -- not to mention that she is warm and charming. I said the price was "good" rather than "great" because I don't really know what a "great" price would be. I certainly felt that they did their best to reach a fair price, and after all, these cars are very popular, so they don't need to offer "great" -- i.e. bargain -- prices to attract customers. Andrew Lim was an excellent sales manager who went way above and beyond. He picked me up, stayed late because he knew I needed the car the next day, spent time to listen to my needs and questions.
