He even showed me pictures on his iPhone of the damage underneath the intake manifold. My only complaint was that they didn't wash the exterior as some dealerships do after a major service. More

Quick, efficient and friendly service I went in to Magnussen Toyota for my 10,000 mile maintenance and went in worried I was going to be spending most of my morning waiting for my car in t I went in to Magnussen Toyota for my 10,000 mile maintenance and went in worried I was going to be spending most of my morning waiting for my car in the lobby. However, my car was ready in less than an hour and my advisor, Octavio Rubio, took the time to carefully explain the maintenance service and any findings. He was very professional and courteous which made the whole experience a lot more pleasant than it usually has been in other dealerships. More

BEWARE DISHONEST MANAGEMENT Very dishonest management, total lack of integrity. I had a written agreed upon deal; I was then called and told the price would now be higher. Reluctantly I agreed to the new price and offered a credit card to hold the truck until I could come down the next day. They then sold the truck and didn't even tell me. Basically they just used me to raise the price past sticker for another person. Sleezy people, horrible experience. Find an honest dealership. More

Dich Tran is a great sales guy I bought a Prius from this dealership 7 years ago from Dich Tran, and went back there when it was time to buy another Prius. Getting the exact specs w I bought a Prius from this dealership 7 years ago from Dich Tran, and went back there when it was time to buy another Prius. Getting the exact specs we wanted was tough but they persisted and found a car for us at another dealership and had it brought in. I have had my 2007 Prius (now being driven by my son) serviced here, they are always super helpful. More
