It sounded like it was coming from the trunk but turned out to be in the moonroof assembly. He researched technical bulletins to find it was a known problem & had it resolved. He is knowledgable & very courteous with a strong customer focus! More

Great 60K service and recall work I made an appointment and came early but Jared Weber was right out there with me. I had forgotten my coupon, but called him and let him know the info on it. He called at 4.30..car ready to go, $70 deduction for coupon. Note from him today to make sure all was ok...He was so polite and helpful. I have always found the staff at Magnussens wonderful. having the Hertz rentals right there in the dealership was great Simone Underwood was so efficient and helpful. 5 stars + for this visit More

The car was ready about 1:30; I had two concerns, which Randall made sure were attended to; he even mentioned a similar noise that the AC on his own Prius was making and reassured me it was nothing to worry about. Unlike many dealerships, this one doesn't pressure its customers into making unnecessary repairs. More
