He was readily available to acknowledge and check me in, noticed me searching for my car later and pointed it out, and when service was complete he sought me out to give me the A-OK. *Later, he happened to notice that I was trying to install an item I'd purchased. Rather than call someone else to assist me, he volunteered himself when I lacked the strength to apply necessary pressure to affix the item to my doors. I left feeling valued and in a great mood to face the rest of a stressful day. More
