I told him my price expectation and within minutes, we agreed on a general price range. I felt he was honest so I followed up with an in person test drive. Chinh is friendly, direct and knowledgeable. He was never pushy and was always trying to help me make the right decision. He is completely flexible in addressing my needs and answering my questions. I did not think such integrity and honesty exists in the car sales industry but Chinh was such a breath of fresh air, I bought the car on the spot.
