Made Buying a Vehicle a Pleasure My wife and I went to at least 6 Toyota Dealerships (plus other non-Toyota dealerships) looking for a used Rav4 or similar vehicle, sales people range My wife and I went to at least 6 Toyota Dealerships (plus other non-Toyota dealerships) looking for a used Rav4 or similar vehicle, sales people ranged from blatantly ignorant to nice but not really listening. Then we went to Magnussen's and had the pleasure of working with Dich (pronounced Deek) Tran, with Jeet as the manager. Dich was extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable, funny, and a true gentleman! He made the whole experience enjoyable, we got a great deal on a 2016 Rav4, and we couldn't be happier. He spent time setting up my wife's cell phone to work with the system in the car, and invited us to come back with any questions so he can educate us further on the intricate systems in the car. He couldn't have been nicer, like having a new friend. Jeet was responsive and helped cut a good deal without all the BS of back and forth mystery about prices. The person that did the paperwork was fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The whole experience was totally a cut above any of the other dealerships we visited or have ever dealt with in the past, We suggest checking out Magnussen's and asking for Dich Tran before you buy anywhere else.
