We went to Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto and met Kai Zhu who was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He showed us several SUVs and allowed us to pick the one that fit our needs. When he did not know the answer to a few of our questions, he got back to us with the answers by email. We were very comfortable dealing with him and bought our car from his dealership. We have already recommended Kai Zhu to a friend of ours who is looking for a new car, and will do so to anyone who is looking to buy a Toyota. More

Annoying squeak in back of Camry Hybrid Michael Gajda was my service rep for this problem. In dealing with it, he discovered a cracked sway bar in the rear, and was able to fix it , and have Michael Gajda was my service rep for this problem.
