Many sales people were not knowledgeable about the car features and seemed to be unmotivated and sometimes arrogant. We went to Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto and met Kai Zhu who was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He showed us several SUVs and allowed us to pick the one that fit our needs. When he did not know the answer to a few of our questions, he got back to us with the answers by email. We were very comfortable dealing with him and bought our car from his dealership. We have already recommended Kai Zhu to a friend of ours who is looking for a new car, and will do so to anyone who is looking to buy a Toyota. More

Annoying squeak in back of Camry Hybrid Michael Gajda was my service rep for this problem. In dealing with it, he discovered a cracked sway bar in the rear, and was able to fix it , and have Michael Gajda was my service rep for this problem. Service on 2 Prius Michael Gajda was my service representative. He arranged for me to get oil changes on both my cars on the same day. One car had an oil leak that cost Michael Gajda was my service representative. He arranged for me to get oil changes on both my cars on the same day. One car had an oil leak that cost $1600 to fix. Michael searched my car’s history and found that it had an extended warranty that would pay for the repair ! Thank you Michael ! More

1st service on my truck This was my first experience with Toyota, brought my truck in for its first service with an appointment. Michael Gajda met me right away and processed me in, the service was less than 1 hour while I waited. During the wait Michael came out and told me they found a service bulletin I has asked about and they updated the computer in my truck. I'm very happy with the service, and will definitely be back for all of the other maintenance. More
