While our Camery’s have been such superior cars we really don’t need any work on them, I am consistent with maintenance. Alex has been my maintenance guy for years and he is awesome. Super professional, honest, personable. This time my car had an engine light requiring immediate service for diagnostics. Alex got us in based on our schedule, and Followed up with status. Fortunately the problem was due to not tightening the gas cap properly. Our error. We had to cover the diagnostics- labor- but Alex charged us less than was quoted. We are very happy with the outcome and Alex’s great service. M & J More

I had seen a car online and thought I would have been shown it upon mentioning the type of car I was looking for, but I had to describe it in detail so they could take me to their other lot to check it out (3). I got to test drive 2 different models which made a big difference in my final choice. My experience became unpleasant when Dich brought in his manager Jeet Singh (1) to help out. He was very cold, inhospitable, and made us feel uncomfortable. Thankfully we went over the itemized prices before moving forward because there was a mistake made there too. My overall rating is reflected in calculating the average of the numbers I have in parentheses. More

They do NOT honor their word I was there on 5/11/19 at this dealer looking to buy a 2016 Camry SE for my daughter. We made an offer over the internet and after an exchange of phone calls negotiated a deal on the price. The sales man even offered to have the the car washed and get ready so we didn't have to wait long. But when we went there, five minutes after the phone call, to get the car the salesman told us that someone who had walked in a minute before we got there was in the process of purchasing the car. We were told that there was nothing they could do since someone on the lot before us wanted the car, but we feeI that we were treated shabbily since we had agreed on a price and told them we were on the way to purchase the car and would be there in less than ten minutes. Our time spent working with Magnussen was a total waste of time as it is clear that their word means nothing. More
