Excellent service I went to Toyota in Palo Alto, because my Yaris was making a weird noise. As soon as I got to the dealership I was greeted by Jared. He asked me a cou I went to Toyota in Palo Alto, because my Yaris was making a weird noise. As soon as I got to the dealership I was greeted by Jared. He asked me a couple of question and got a mechanic to try to figure out a game plan for the car and to see what was wrong. In a couple minutes they had figured out I had a damaged water pump. We made an appointment and Jared took great care of my car. I feel like I’m driving a brand new car all over! Thank you Jared and thank you Toyota in Palo Alto for the amazing help!
